Step into the Nia’ful Kuumba Series, a collection of one-day workshops where every doll has a story and a purpose. Guided by Paddlefootz Dolls & Thangs, you’ll sew, stuff, and style six unique creations that honor heritage, culture, and creativity.
From the Nubian Princess, carrying her regal beauty and storytelling spirit, to the Tiny Tot, small in size but bursting with personality, each doll reflects a piece of you. The Classy Lady stands tall with elegance and flair, while the Spirit Dancers — in both small and large sizes — capture rhythm, movement, and ancestral joy in cloth. And then there’s the Plastic Bag Holder Lady with a Purpose — a functional doll whose hollow body is filled as you tuck plastic bags inside, turning everyday storage into a work of handmade cultural art.
Each workshop blends hands-on sewing and cultural storytelling with purpose and imagination. Whether she dances, tells a tale, or helps around the house, every doll is more than fabric and thread — she is art, heritage, and a reflection of you.
Because every doll holds a story.
Every story is a gift.
And every gift is a masterpiece.
